WHAT WE DO
Specialist Hoops is an organisation created to break down the barriers of inclusion!
Specialist Hoops provides a safe, non-judgmental environment for those living with disabilities the opportunity to participate in sports. Specialist Hoops has just under 100 regular participants across our program and growing fast!
We started in 2017 with a one-day program and quickly grew into a weekly program in July 2018.
We now have 2 locations for able-body basketball in Cobblebank and Bacchus Marsh along with the introduction of Wheelchair basketball in June 2022 at Bacchus Marsh! 2023 sees the inclusion of Small Private Group Session in Caroline Springs!
We also have a TenPin Bowling group running weekly during the day in Melton.
Specialist Hoops prides ourselves on creating new opportunities and providing the best experience Possible for each and every participant! We do our very best to cater for each and everyone's needs and provide access for all so no one gets left behind!
